Escape
Take in the heady scenery above the city bustle. With soothing sunset views, the private balcony beckons. Sit and sip a glass of the Tussock Hill wine that was nurtured from the vines sprawling down the hillside Sink into the plush chairs, lean back and relax listening to the array of native birds singing outside.
Unwind
Inspired by the serenity of the Tussock Hill site, the Vineyard Retreats have been thoughtfully designed for the diverse landscape. Interiors are influenced by the organic surrounds, from the luxurious natural wool carpet and linen fibers used throughout, to the vast windows taking in the rugged Port Hills and lush Vineyard. Carefully considered furnishings, bedding and amenities compliment the stunning exterior cladding.

Our black wood Korimako cabin accommodation offers wide views across the Port Hills and a commanding view of the sunset. A plush mattress, crisp fresh bedding of linen and cotton, with soft wool carpet underfoot. Carefully selected armchairs and a small table and chairs for breakfast. The bathroom is floor to ceiling tile, with a wide inviting shower and eco friendly toiletries. The private balcony features two comfortable chairs and a beautiful cedar and stainless steel bath for two. Clever features like Bluetooth speakers, built in air conditioning and remote control blinds provide the finishing touches to an exceptional escape. Perfect for a romantic couples getaway, anniversary or honeymoon.
Accessibility has been kept at the forefront, with a room for a power chair to turn, armchairs with armrests, a wide inviting shower with a seat and grip rails. Please click the link to access further information and detail on our accessibility.

Property noise and our restaurant
A couple of things to note:
As we are a working vineyard you may hear machinery or farm vehicles being used, however, this will generally be during daytime working hours. You may also hear our friendly farm animals. Lastly, we occasionally hold events in the evening that finish at 10pm so you may hear our visitors leaving. Aside from this you will hear our beautiful bird song that echo through the property.
Our restaurant is open from Wednesday-Sunday 10am-5pm for lunch only. Bookings are highly recommended.
