Pétillant Naturel is an ancestral method of wine making, the wine is bottled and capped while it is still fermenting creating a sparkling wine. Our Pet Nat is 75% Riesling and 25% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented dry and disgorged, though some sediment will remain.

Brought a bottle home after tasting some as part of a wine flight with cheeses and meats over lunch at the vineyard. It was a well-chosen accompaniment to the lunch. Back at home It also proved an excellent choice with a celebratory slice of chocolate and raspberry cheesecake from the Bohemian Bakery, that’s what a decent reisling can do and why it’s a favourite grape.
