Tussock Hill serves a delicious selection of seasonal sharing plates that highlight local Canterbury produce and our own organic wine. Our menu changes and develops with the season and what our local producers are able to provide. We are open Wednesday- Thursday 10am-4pm and Friday-Sunday 10am-5pm

We’re thrilled to announce two exclusive collaborative degustation dinners at Tussock Hill on December 1st and 2nd. Join our very own Head Chef, Liam Summers, and renowned Chef Alfie Ingham (formerly of Hugo’s Bistro) for an unforgettable culinary experience.

Each dinner will feature a sumptuous six-course meal, including delicious snacks and carefully curated wine pairings. We’re also keeping our fingers crossed for a beautiful sunset to accompany the evening!
