Set up and Set down

• An hour before your event we will deliver the caravan to site and set up according to your instructions. Please let us know if you need a more elaborate set up!
• After the event we will pack down the caravan and depending on prior arrangement, we will take the caravan offsite, or pick up the next day.
• Travel within  Christchurch City is included. 0.79 cents per Km rates will apply for events further afield.

What’s included with the Caravan?

• 2 temperature controlled wine chiller fridges suitable for 24 bottles all up
• A kegerator fridge setup with 2 taps and a Co2 canister. This will fit 2 20L corny kegs of beer/cider or anything else you can get in a keg! (you supply the kegs several days prior to the event for chilling)
• Ice and a stainless steel wine bucket for bottles of beer or champagne
• One 41L Chilly bin with ice for chilling bottles and cans
• A water station
• Bar equipment- such as a bottle opener, napkins and paper straws

What isn’t included?

• Staff
• Alcohol, and drinks must be pre-purchased/supplied by you as we do not have a liquor licence to enable us to sell from Van Noir. However, you can purchase wine from our parent company Tussock Hill and we can point you in the right direction for some awesome local breweries. We are also able to help source your drinks for an additional fee.
• Glassware.
• Gathering of used glassware and table service.
• Removal of bottles and rubbish from site.

Caravan details

• Van Noir is 3.1m x 1.94m plus drawbar length of 1.24m
• The caravan comes with a 16A single phase lead but we also have an adaptor for a standard 10A socket outlet.
• Van Noir needs firm, level ground in an accessible spot to park in. We would appreciate you making sure your event venue will allow our caravan and the serving of alcohol.
