Tussock Hill Vineyard Retreats Terms and Conditions:
Bookings
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2. A valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
1.3. Full payment is required on the morning of the booking and will be processed the administration team using the held debit or credit card details.
1.4. Any special requests must be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability and acceptance by Tussock Hill Vineyard Ltd.
Cancellations
2.1. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the booking.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the booking.
2.3. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be charged. A refund will be given less stripe fees.
Check-in and check-out
3.1. Check-in is from 2:00pm onwards on the day of arrival.
3.2. Check-out is before 10:00am on the day of departure.
3.3. Late check-out of 11am may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Payment
4.1. Payment can be made by credit or debit card or cash at the Restaurant onsite
4.2. The Pre authorised credit card will be charged on the morning of the booking. If the card is not charged, payment must be made in full on arrival unless prior arrangements have been made.
4.3. Tussock Hill Vineyard Ltd reserves the right to charge a credit or debit card for any outstanding balances or damages incurred during the stay.
Damage and losses
5.1. Guests are responsible for any damage or losses caused to the accommodation, its contents or facilities, by any act, omission, default or neglect of the guest or their visitors.
5.2. Tussock Hill Vineyard Ltd reserves the right to charge the guest for any such damage or losses.
Liability
6.1. Tussock Hill Vineyard Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury to any guest or their property during their stay.
6.2. Tussock Hill Vineyard Ltd is not liable for any failure or delay in providing any services or facilities due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Pets and smoking
7.1. No pets are allowed on the premises other than service animals.
7.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the accommodation.
Privacy
8.1. Tussock Hill Vineyard Ltd will collect and process the personal information of guests in accordance with its privacy policy.
General
9.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Tussock Hill Vineyard Ltd and the guest.
9.2. Tussock Hill Vineyard Ltd reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
